Inspection Procedure

  1. Check horn  . See HORN SYSTEM .
    1. NG  : Replace the horn.
    2. OK  : Go to step  2.
  2. Check horn switch  . See step 1  of INSPECTION .
    1. NG  : Replace the failure light.
    2. OK  : Go to step  3.
  3. Check wire harness and connector between horn and Body ECU, Body ECU and horn switch  . See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. NG  : Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
    2. OK  : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem table. See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS .
