Pressure Switch Removal

Discharge refrigerant from refrigerant system .
At the time of installation, evacuate air from refrigeration system and charge system with refrigerant and inspect for leakage of refrigerant.Specified amount: Single A/C: 500 7 plus or minus; 50 g (17.65 7 plus or minus; 1.76 oz.).
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER .

NOTE:

Lock the switch mount on the tube with an open end wrench, being careful not to deform the tube, and remove the switch.
At the time of installation, lubricate a new "O" ring with compressor oil and install them to the switch.

Remove pressure switch :
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the pressure switch from the liquid tube.

  Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf)
