Cruise Control Failure Warning

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
NOTE: A flashing cruise control light may indicate a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). The DTC is derived by counting short flashes in between the long pauses. See Fig 3.

If the cruise control light in the instrument panel flashes, see Fig 2, when using the cruise control, press the "CRUISE ON-OFF" button, see Fig 1, to turn the system off and then press it again to turn it on.

If any of the following conditions then occurs, there is some trouble in the cruise control system.
