Body Outside Moulding: Installation
- w/Overfender: INSTALL QUARTER OUTSIDE MOULDING
- Clean the body mounting surface.
- Using a heat light, heat the body mounting surface to 40 -60°C (104- 140°F).
- Remove the adhesive tape from the body.
- Wipe off stains with cleaner.

- Install the quarter outside moulding.
- Install the 2 screws and rear quarter outer panel extension.
- Using a heat light, heat the body and moulding.
- Body: 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F)
- Moulding: 20 - 30°C (68 - 86°F)
NOTE: Do not heat the moulding excessively. - Lift the moulding release sheet from the face of the moulding.NOTE: When the moulding release sheet is removed, make sure that no dirt or dust can get onto the uncoated area.
- Align the bosses with their corresponding holes in the body and press firmly on the moulding.NOTE: Do not apply excessive force onto the moulding, but steady pressure with your thumbs.
- Using a riveter, install the moulding with the rivet.NOTE: Install them with the rivet firmly pressed perpendicularly against the installation hole.
- Install the 2 screws.
- Clean the body mounting surface.
- w/ Overfender: INSTALL NO. 1 REAR WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION
- Install the quarter opening retainer with the 4 screws.
- Clean the body mounting surface.
- Using a heat light, heat the body mounting surface to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).
- Remove the adhesive tape from the body.
- Wipe off stains with cleaner.
- Install the No. 1 rear wheel opening extension.
- Using a heat light, heat the body and moulding.

- Moulding: 20 - 30°C (68 - 86°F)

- Using a heat light, heat the body and moulding.
- Body: 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F)
- Moulding: 20 - 30°C (68 - 86°F)

- Install the front fender moulding.
- Install the front quarter outer panel extension with the 2 screws.
- Using a heat light, heat the body and moulding.
- Body: 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F)
- Moulding: 20 - 30°C (68 - 86°F)

Install the front bumper extension with the 3 nuts.
