Trailer Towing System: Inspection
- INSPECT TOWING CONVERTER CIRCUIT

Remove the towing converter with the connector still connected and inspect the wire harness side connector from the back side, as shown in the table.

If the result is not as specified, inspect the circuit connected to other parts.
- INSPECT TOWING TAIL RELAY (Marking: TOW TAIL) CONTINUITY TOWING TAIL RELAY (MARKING: TOW TAIL) CONTINUITY
Condition Tester Connection Specified Condition Constant 1 - 2 Continuity Apply B+ Between Terminals 1 & 2 3-5 Continuity - If the continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.
- INSPECT SUB BATTERY RELAY (Marking: SUB BATT) CONTINUITY

SUB BATTERY RELAY (MARKING: SUB BATT) CONTINUITYCondition Tester Connection Specified Condition Constant 1 - 2 Continuity Apply B+ Between Terminals 1 & 2 3-5 Continuity If the continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.
