Inspection Procedure

READ VALUE OF HAND-HELD TESTER
1. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and push the hand-held tester main SW ON.
3. Select the item "IG SW" "ACC SW" in the DATA LIST and read its value displayed on the hand-held tester.
  OK:
  
  IG SW:
  - IG key is ON or START position --> ON
  - IG key is in OFF or ACC position --> OFF
  ACC SW:
  - IG key is in ACC, ON or START position --> ON
  - IG key is in OFF position --> OFF
  NG: REPLACE IGNITION OR STARTER SWITCH ASSY
  
  OK: Go to Next Step
READ VALUE OF HAND-HELD TESTER
1. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON and push the hand-held tester main SW ON.
3. Select the item "D DOOR CTY SW" in the DATA LIST and read its value displayed on the hand-held tester.
  OK:
  - Driver's door is open --> ON
  - Driver's door is close --> OFF
  NG: REPLACE FRONT DOOR COURTESY LAMP SWITCH ASSY
  
  OK: CHECK AND REPLACE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY
