Inspection Procedure
- INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSY
- Disconnect the E2 connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard:
SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E2-12 (PGND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω E2-10 (SGND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard:
SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition E2-1 (DOME+B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V E2-2 (ECU-B) - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V E2-13 (IG2) - Body ground Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V
- NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK : REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY (SEE OVERHAUL )
