Lighting System: Inspection
- HEADLAMP DIMMER SWITCH ASSY
- Inspect light control switch continuity.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Turn light control switch to the HEAD position when checking "LOW BEAM" and "HI BEAM".
- Inspect turn signal switch continuity.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Inspect front fog light switch continuity.

- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 8 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 9, then check that the illumination comes on.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester connection Switch operation Specified resistance 1-3 OFF 10 kΩ or higher - Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 3, then check that the illumination comes on when switch operation is ON position.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Inspect the map lamp assy.
- MAP LAMP ASSY (ELECTRO CHROMIC MIRROR INNER MIRROR)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.RESISTANCE CONDITION (15 OF 19)
Tester connection Switch operation Specified resistance 1-6 OFF 10 kΩ or higher - Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 6, then check that the illumination comes on when switch operation is ON position.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- ROOM LAMP ASSY NO.1
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the illumination comes on.
- ROOM LAMP ASSY NO.2
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the illumination comes on.
- HEADLAMP RELAY
- FOG LAMP RELAY
- TAIL LAMP RELAY
- HEADLAMP DIMMER RELAY
- LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT
- Connect the connector to the rheostat and inspect the wire harness side connector from the back side as shown in the table below.VOLTAGE CONDITION
