Inspection Procedure
- CHECK COURTESY LAMP SWITCH
- Measure the resistance of the courtesy switch (see INSPECTIONINSPECTION ).
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART (1 OF 5)Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1 - Body ground Pushed Below 1 Ω 1 - Body ground Not pushed 10k Ω or higher TESTER CONNECTION DOOR LOCK LATCH POSITION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester Connection Door Lock Latch Position Specified Condition 1-2 Open or half lock Below 1 Ω 1-2 Closed 10kΩ or higher 1 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - NG: REPLACE COURTESY LAMP SWITCH
OK: Go To Next Step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (INTEGRATION RELAY - DOOR COURTESY SW)
- Disconnect the integration relay and door courtesy connectors.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART (2 OF 5)
Tester Connection Specified Condition PCTY(I12-13)-(D8-1) Below 1 Ω - Disconnect the integration relay and door courtesy connectors.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
