Inspection Procedure

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TC of DLC3 - ECM)

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
TC (A24-23) - TC (D20-13)	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (DLC - ECM)

OK: Go to Next Step

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CG or DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

Tester connection	Condition	Specified condition
CG (D20-4) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

OK: Go to Next Step

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TC of DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

Tester Condition	Condition	Specified Condition
CG (D20-13) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS OR EACH ECU

OK: REPLACE ECM
