Front Passenger Side Power Window Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the resistance.
      1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in STANDARD RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE .

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Switch Connection Specified Condition
        1-2
        3-4        		 UP Below 1 Ω
        1-2
        3-5        		 OFF Below 1 Ω
        1-4
        3-5        		 DOWN Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch.
