Throttle Body: Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY
1. Install a new gasket to the intake air connector.
2. install the throttle body with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
  Torque: 11 N.m (112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)

3. Connect the water by-pass hose No. 3.
4. Connect the water by-pass hose No. 2.
5. Connect the throttle control motor & throttle position sensor connector.

INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR
INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the air cleaner assembly (See INSTALLATION ).
INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY
1. Install the air cleaner inlet assembly (See INSTALLATION ).
CHECK CONNECTION OF VACUUM HOSE
1. Check the connection of vacuum hose (See INSTALLATION ).
ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
CHECK ENGINE COOLANT LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Fit the 2 retainers and install the V-bank cover.
2. Using a socket hexagon wrench 5, tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque: 7.9 N.m (81 kgf*cm, 70 in.*lbf)

INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER CENTER
1. Install the upper brace with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 80 N.m (815 kgf*cm, 59 ft.*lbf)
