Air Conditioning Control Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB (w/Navigation System) 
    1. Using a screwdriver, pull out the knobs.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL (w/Navigation System) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Remove the screw and board.

  3. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL HOUSING (w/Navigation System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector clamps.
    2. Remove the 2 screws and pull out the board from the integration control housing.
    3. Using a screwdriver, pull out the knobs.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    4. Remove the nut.

  4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB (w/o Navigation System) 
    1. Using a screwdriver, pull out the knobs.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  5. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL PANEL (w/o Navigation System) 
    1. Remove the 6 screws and pull out the A/C amplifier.

  6. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING (w/o Navigation System) 
    1. Remove the 5 screws and board from heater control housing.
