Rear Shock Absorber: Disposal
DISPOSE OF REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY
Before discarding the shock absorber, drill a hole of 2 to 3 mm (0.079 to 0.118 in.) in diameter at the location shown in
Fig 1
to discharge the gas inside.
NOTE:
When drilling, chips may fly out, so work carefully.
The gas is colorless, odorless and non-poisonous.
