Inspection Procedure
- CHECK DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
(front LH / front RH / rear LH / rear RH)
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1 - Body ground Pushed Below 1 Ω 1 - Body ground Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher (glass hatch / back door)
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Door Lock Latch Position Specified Condition 1 - 2 Open or half lock Below 1 Ω 1 - 2 Closed 10 kΩ or higher 1 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
NG: REPLACE DOOR COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK : Go to Next Step
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INTEGRATION RELAY - DOOR COURTESY SWITCH)
- Disconnect the integration relay and door courtesy connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition PCTY (I12-13) - (D8-1) Below 1 Ω - Disconnect the integration relay and door courtesy connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition ID-1 - D7-1 Below 1 Ω ID-15 - D10-1 Below 1 Ω ID-14 - D9-1 Below 1 Ω

OK : REPLACE TVIP ECU
