Inspection Procedure
- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
).

B: REPAIR CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A: Go to next step.
- Check if the CAN communication system DTC is output (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM
).
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY TECHSTREAM (ABS WARNING LIGHT)
- Select the Active Test, generate a control command, and then check that the ABS warning light operates.
ABS/VSC/TRAC:
CONTROL RANGE AND DIAGNOSTIC NOTETester Display Test Part Control Range Diagnostic Note ABS Warning Lamp ABS warning light Warning light ON / OFF Observe combination meter OK: The ABS warning light turns on or off.
NG: CHECK METER / GAUGE SYSTEM
OK: REPLACE ABS AND TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
- Select the Active Test, generate a control command, and then check that the ABS warning light operates.
