Headlight Assembly: Reassembly

INSTALL HEADLIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE
1. Engage the grommet.
2. Engage the 2 clamps and install the headlight socket and wire.
INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET (for HID Headlight)
1. Install a new headlight gasket.
INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight)

1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.
INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING (for HID Headlight)
1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR
1. Engage the tip of the headlight leveling motor with the reflector.

2. Turn the headlight leveling motor and install it as shown in the illustration.
INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

2. Turn the clearance light bulb and clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.
INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

2. Turn the front turn signal light bulb and front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.

INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Install the No. 2 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)
1. Install the No. 2 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.
2. Connect the connector.

3. Install the headlight socket cover as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)
1. Lock the set spring to install the discharge headlight bulb as shown in the illustration.

2. Turn the light control ECU socket in the direction indicated by the arrow to connect it.

3. Install the headlight socket cover as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET
1. Engage the 2 claws and install the headlight bracket.
