Inspection Procedure

HINT:
After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.
- CHECK IF A PROPER CD IS INSERTED
- Make sure that the CD is an audio CD, and that it is not deformed, flawed, stained, deteriorated, or otherwise defective.
OK: Normal CD
HINT:
- Translucent or uniquely-shaped CDs cannot be played.
- CDs with adhesive paper labels should not be played.
- For details on playable CDs, refer to the Owner's Manual.
NG: CD IS FAULTY
OK: Go to Next Step
- Make sure that the CD is an audio CD, and that it is not deformed, flawed, stained, deteriorated, or otherwise defective.
- REPLACE CD
- Replace the CD with another and recheck.
- Replace the CD with another normal one.
- Clear the DTCs (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.
OK: Malfunction disappears.
NG: REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER
OK : END
- Replace the CD with another and recheck.
