Back-Up Light Switch: Removal

REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE (See REMOVAL )
DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS
1. Disconnect the terminal 50 connector from the starter assembly.
2. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal 30.

3. Disconnect the wire harness clamp.

REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the back-up light switch connector.

2. Using SST, remove the back-up light switch and the gasket from the transaxle case.
