Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
When replacing the yaw rate sensor assembly, perform zero point calibration (See
CALIBRATION ).
- CHECK DTC
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Clear the DTC (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Start and idle the engine for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.
- Check if the same DTC is output (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
Result
RESULT CHARTResult Proceed to DTCs (C1442 and/or C1443) are output. A DTCs (C1442 and C1443) are not output. B B : CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS (SYMPTOM SIMULATION) (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING )
