Inspection Procedure

  1. INSPECT RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the radio receiver connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value in the table below.

      Standard resistance 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      GND - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the values in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      +B - GND ((2)) ((3)) ((4)) Always 10 to 14 V
      B - GND ((1)) Always 10 to 14 V
      ACC - GND Ignition switch ACC 10 to 14 V
      (1) 10 Speaker System
      (2) 6 Speaker with Rear Seat Entertainment System
      (3) 6 Speaker without Rear Seat Entertainment System
      (4) for "Bluetooth" handsfree Function

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
