DTC P0604: Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error: Procedure

CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P0604)
1. Clear the DTC.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
3. Disconnect the battery negative terminal and wait for 1 minute.
4. Connect the battery negative terminal.
5. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
6. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Code.
7. Read DTCs.
  OK
  
  P0604 is not present.
NG → REPLACE ECM

OK → CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS
