Yaw Rate And Deceleration Sensor: Removal: Removal

  1. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 19
  2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission)  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 20
  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 21
  4. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 22
  5. REMOVE YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR (for Automatic Transmission)

    1. Disengage the clamp from the sensor bracket.
    2. Disconnect the yaw rate and deceleration sensor connector.
    3. Remove the 2 bolts and the yaw rate and deceleration sensor.
  6. REMOVE YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR (for Manual Transmission)

    1. Disconnect the yaw rate and deceleration sensor connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the yaw rate and deceleration sensor.
