Removal [12/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL 
  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [12/2015 - 11/2017] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [11/2017 - ]

  3. SEPARATE FRONT FENDER LINER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [12/2015 - 11/2017] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [11/2017 - ]

  4. REMOVE FRONT SPEED SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the front speed sensor connector and remove the 2 clamps.

    2. Remove the bolt and No. 3 sensor clamp from the body.

      *1 No. 3 Sensor Clamp
    3. Remove the bolt, No. 2 sensor clamp and front brake flexible hose together from the shock absorber assembly.

      *2 Front Brake Flexible Hose
    4. Remove the bolt, No. 1 sensor clamp and front speed sensor.

      *1 No. 1 Sensor Clamp
      NOTE:
      • Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the front speed sensor tip.
      • Clean the speed sensor installation hole and the contact surfaces every time the front speed sensor is removed.
