Wiper Switch: Removal
- Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove 2 long screws and steering column cover. Remove steering wheel. Note wiring harness routing, then remove clips and unplug wiring. Loosen switch clamp screw and slide combination switch off column.
- To service the wiper switch, drill out the 2 rivets. Do not remove screws near center hole in switch. Remove the switch lever pivot screw, then remove switch. See Figure .
