  1. Control of all lamps except Brake lamp shall be based only on hardwired signals from BCM.

    (BCM_SwitchSts (0x109) & BCM_LIGHT (0x106).

  2. Operating voltage shall be determined by ECU measured battery voltage.
  3. Ignition status shall default to OFF.
