- Only authorized and appropriately trained persons may carry out work on high-voltage vehicles and components.
- Perform High Voltage isolation procedure prior to commencing work
- Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is worn until the system is verified safe
Removal Procedure:
- Remove HV coolant eHeater. Refer to HV COOLANT EHEATER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
- Remove the 6 bolts.
Torque: 8 Nm
- Remove the bracket (2).
- Unclip the HV battery coolant inlet hose (1) from the heater support bracket.
- Remove 3 nuts (2)
Torque: 8 Nm
- Remove the bolt (3).
Torque: 8 Nm
- Remove the Heater support brackets.
Installation Procedure:
- Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.
All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification!
- Install HV coolant eHeater. Refer to HV COOLANT EHEATER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
