Pop-Up Error Messages
Please see the below screenshot for an example of what the pop-up error messages look like, and also the table below for a list of the different errors.

| 500001 | Can't connect to VIN Code | The connection to the vehicle cannot be established. Ensure the vehicle is connected to the internet via either Wi-Fi or the mobile network. |
| 500002 | Connect timeout VIN Code | The connection to the vehicle cannot be established, or has timed out. Ensure the vehicle is connected to the internet via either Wi-Fi or the mobile network. |
| 500101 | Not found the provisioning information of the vehicle | The connected services provisioning information for the vehicle cannot be found in the backend server. Please email evsupport@vinfast.vn for assistance and quote this Remote Diagnostics error code. |
| 500102 | Not found remote diagnostic description (PDX) data for the vehicle | There is no diagnostic database (PDX file) associated with the vehicle variant type. Please email evsupport@vinfast.vn for assistance and quote this Remote Diagnostics error code. |
| 500104 | The session closed | The Remote Diagnostics technician has ended the Remote Diagnostics session. |
| 500105 | The session expired | The Remote Diagnostics session reached the 20 minute expiry time and ended automatically. To continue, please initiate a new Remote Diagnostics session. |
| 500106 | User stop the current remote diagnostic session | The customer has chosen to end the Remote Diagnostics session. This can be performed via the vehicle touchscreen, or via the smartphone app. Please contact the customer to ensure they understand why the Remote Diagnostics session is being performed. |
