Fuel Injection System - BOSCH AFC: Testing: Injectors
- Pull connector off injector and place ohmmeter across terminals. Resistance should be 2-3 ohms. If not, replace injector.
- Unplug connector from series resistor on firewall. Connect one ohmmeter lead to center pin of connector and touch other lead to each side pin. Resistance for each must be 5.5-6.5 ohms. If not, replace series resistor.
NOTE:
On California Vanagon models, series resistor is built in control unit and cannot be checked.
