-- Remove the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-. Refer to Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the new Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-. Refer to Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Select the Coding  function. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the Guided Fault Finding  or Guided Functions  mode for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-.

-- Select the Adapting to Immobilizer  function. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the Guided Fault Finding  or Guided Functions  mode for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-.

-- Select the Activating  function. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the Guided Fault Finding  or Guided Functions  mode for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-.

-- Exit Guided Fault Finding  or Guided Functions  .

-- Turn off the ignition.
