Lock Cylinder, Removing And Installing: Installing
-- Push the lock cylinder housing -1- at a right angle into the mounting bracket -3- in direction of -arrow a-.
-- Install the bolts -4- in the mounting bracket. The locking mechanism -6- pulls at the same time automatically into position in direction of -arrow b-.
The door handle -2- swings automatically on to door.
NOTE:
The lock cylinder housing must be pressed onto the outer door panel while installing.
Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal, while noting the following:
- Always perform a function test with the door open.
