Control Module For ABSJ104/Hydraulic Unit For ABSN55, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Position the brake lines using the Wrench - Assembly Tool: VAG1410/8  in sequence -1 to 6-.

-- Tighten the brake lines in the sequence -1 to 6-.

-- Remove the Brake Pedal Actuator: VAG1869/2  .

-- Refer to Hydraulic System, Bleeding .

If the ABS Control Module -J104- was Replaced, then the Test Plan for Replacing the Control Module must be Completed.

-- Complete the "Control module, replacing" function with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

Continuation



Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Position the brake lines using the Wrench - Assembly Tool: VAG1410/8  in sequence -1- to -6-.

-- Tighten the brake lines in the sequence -1- to -6-.

-- Remove the Brake Pedal Actuator: VAG1869/2  .

-- Refer to Hydraulic System, Bleeding .

If the ABS Control Module -J104- was replaced, then the test plan for replacing the control module must be completed.

-- Complete the "Control module, replacing" function with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
