Installation (Front)
- Press new pulse wheel onto brake rotor. Install inner wheel bearing and grease seal. Slide brake rotor onto spindle. Install outer wheel bearing and nut.
- Torque spindle nut to specification while rotating disc rotor. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article. Loosen nut 1/2 turn and retighten finger tight. If nut recess is not lined up with hole in spindle, tighten to next recess. Install cotter pin and dust cap.
- Install brake caliper using new attaching bolts. Torque caliper to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
