Front Sensor Rotor: Installation

  1. Press new sensor rotor onto brake rotor. Slide brake rotor onto spindle. Install outer wheel bearing and nut.
  2. Torque spindle nut to specification while rotating disc rotor. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table in this article. Loosen nut 1/2 turn and retighten finger tight. If nut recess is not lined up with hole in spindle, tighten to next recess and install cotter pin.
  3. Install brake caliper using new attaching bolts. Torque caliper bolts to specification. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
