The control modules exchange information over a network via a standardized serial communication interface. Control modules transmit and receive information. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ABS-0095 is stored if the ABS control module registers that communication is missing or subject to interference.

Anti-spin function disengaged.

Possible Source

Defective ABS control module.
Defective central electronic module (CEM).
Another control module is interfering with network communication.
Fault in communications cables.
