Wiper functions: Wash/wipe

The right lever has four functions for washing/wiping in S40, and six functions in V40 (rear window washer/wiper).

• up function: impulse
• off function: 0
• three down: interval, speed 1, speed 2
• pull: wash windshield

In V40:

• shift: rear wiper
• press: washer rear
