Checking The Battery: Notes
Check the battery. See FAULT-TRACING AND TESTING THE BATTERY . Check that the battery has the correct specification for the model.
Try a new battery if the specification is not OK.
NOTE:
If the car is equipped with a battery of different specification to the recommended battery but the battery is fault free, do not replace the battery.
Remedy as necessary.
