DIM = Driver Information Module
DESCRIPTION
Warning sounds from the DIM for the seat belt reminder, Forward Collision Warning and Lane Departure Warning may not occur due a faulty speaker.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
An improved speaker has been introduced at the DIM supplier from August 31st, 2011. DIMs produced from that date and with serial number 0854798 and higher have the improved speaker, see below.
