NOTE: Certain actions must be taken if the battery lead has been disconnected during fault-tracing, see BATTERY, DISCONNECTING .

Ignition on, wait 10 seconds.
Read off the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) by clicking on the VCT 2000 symbol.
Note any stored diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) should be stored. The SRS indicator lamp must be off.
