DESCRIPTION

There are no fault-tracing documents, parameters, activations, or advanced vehicle communication services available in VIDA for the profile S60(11-), 2013, TF-80SC. The text "No information available" will be displayed when accessing DIAGNOSTICS/VEHICLE COMMUNICATION/TCM.

PRODUCT MODIFICATION

VIDA 2012D will include the correct information.

SERVICE

To access the TCM part of the vehicle communication, please manually specify the vehicle as a 2012 S60 T5 instead.

Below is a short instruction on how to do this:

Read out VIN of the car, under DEFINE VEHICLE tab.
Go to tab START, click "PERFORM COMPUTER SETTINGS".
Set "VIN Decoding" to "OFF".
Click "CONTINUE", then "OK".
Go to DEFINE VEHICLE tab again. (Text "VIN decoding Off" should now be displayed in red color.)
Set Model to "S60", Year to "2012A", Engine to "B5254T5" and Transmission to "TF-80 SC".
Click "OK". (Important since this is when the manually specified vehicle type is accepted by VIDA. The Window title is now changed to "S60, 2012A...")
Go to tab DIAGNOSTICS.
Go to VEHICLE COMMUNICATION, click TCM.

The tabs "Parameters", "Activations", and "Advanced" should now be available. The fault-tracing documents should also be available for TCM.
