DESCRIPTION

Customer might experience problem with stop/start function. The start/stop function will not activate when it is supposed to.

PRODUCT MODIFICATION

New TCM SW introduced from structure week 2014w11.

Material for analysis can be requested in Vehicle Report. In other cases, follow normal routines.

VEHICLE REPORT

Yes, please submit a Vehicle Report if the service solution described in this TJ has no effect or if the vehicle is outside the chassis number range. Use concern area "Vehicle Report" and sub concern area "Support Needed", use function group 4371.
