Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) [2021-2022, E400V6]: Installation

Install the marked component.

Install the screw.

Use hands only.

Install the screws.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Install the screws.

Torque:  M5, 5Nm

Tighten the screw.

Torque:  M6, 10Nm

NOTE:

Make sure that a new component is installed.

Install the marked component.

  1. Install the marked component.
  2. Install the screws.

    Use hands only.

  3. Tighten the bolts.

    Torque:  Cover for high voltage battery (screw), 3.5Nm

Perform high voltage battery seal check. Refer to: HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY SEAL CHECK

Install High Voltage Battery. Refer to: HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY  

NOTE:

This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

Order and download the appropriate software according to: VIDA/Software/Hardware Changes
