Inspection and Repair
- Measure the resistance at the outlet terminals of the heater (one is to the fan, the other is to the heater) with multimeter, and evaluate potential damage to the heater.
- Inspect fuse; if damaged, replace.
- Inspect the contactor and relay; if damaged, replace.
- Check for circuit failure, such as a broken line or short circuit.
