Installation Procedure

  1. Align the mode control cams as necessary. Refer to Mode Control Cam Alignment 
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover (1)» Install

  4. Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover Bolt (1)» Install and tighten 2.0 N.m (18 lb in) [4x]

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Instrument Panel Compartment (2)» Install - Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement

  6. Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Refer to Actuator Recalibration 
  7. Clear the DTCs from the heater and air conditioning remote control module.
