Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Position the radiator surge tank and bracket (3).

  3. Radiator Surge Tank Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  4. Radiator Surge Tank Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [4x]

    Ground Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  8. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

  11. Connect the electrical connector. (2)

    Install the receptacle connector (1) to high voltage battery disconnect control module (2) and then lock the handle (3) into the lock position.

    Position the radiator surge tank and bracket (3).

    Position the front wheel opening molding (2) to the vehicle and seat the front wheel opening molding clips (1) into the front fender and front bumper fascia.
