Stop Lamp Cruise Control Switch
- Disconnect 4-wire connector at switch pigtail. Connect a 12-volt source to either terminal of inner or outer pair. Connect a test lamp between other terminal and a good ground.
- Test lamp should be on when brake pedal is in normal position and off when brake pedal is depressed about 3/8". Repeat test with other pair of terminals.
- If test lamp does not respond properly, stop lamp switch is defective or out of adjustment. See STOP LAMP SWITCH in ADJUSTMENTS.
