Chime Test 9B - Chime Inoperative With Turn Signal On
NOTE:
Perform CHIME TEST 9A
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION

. Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting any module connector.
- Turn ignition off. Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is located with junction block under driver's side instrument panel. See Figure . Gain access to junction block/BCM internal 23-pin connector. Go to next step.
- Turn ignition on. Operate left turn signal. Using a test light, probe internal connector terminal No. 20. If test light flashes, go to next step. If test light does not flash, replace junction block.
- Operate right turn signal. Move test light probe to terminal No. 21. If test light flashes, replace BCM. If test light does not flash, replace junction block.
