Component Tests: Transmitter

Replace transmitter batteries. Reprogram suspect transmitter and a known-good transmitter. See TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING  under PROGRAMMING. Test system with both transmitters. If both transmitters do not operate system, diagnose system. See SYSTEM TESTS  . If known-good transmitter operates system but suspect transmitter does not, replace faulty transmitter. Repeat TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING  under PROGRAMMING.
