Installation Procedure

    Windshield (1) - Install - Adhesive Installation of Windshields 

  2. With the aid of an assistant, install the windshield (1) and locating pins (2) to the vehicle.

    Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Install

  4. Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Install [8x]

    Windshield Wiper Arm - Left Side and Right Side (3) - Install [2x]

    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Windshield Wiper Arm Nut - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [2x]
  7. Windshield Wiper Arm Finish Cap - Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

  9. Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

    Windshield Washer Pump Hose (1) - Connect

    If required, realign the windshield wipers to their respective alignment circles (1) on the windshield.

  12. Lubricate the windshield with clean washer fluid.
  13. Run the windshield wipers for two complete cycles then turn off the windshield wipers.
  14. Ensure the windshield wipers are in the full park position.

    Clean the inside of the windshield before installing the front view driver information camera bracket (1).

  16. Front View Driver Information Camera Bracket (1) - Install
  17. Connect the electrical connectors and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary.

    Front View Driver Information Camera (1) - Install

  19. Slide the front view camera (1) downward to engage.
  20. Secure the retaining tab.
  21. Connect the electrical connector.

    Inside Air Moisture and Windshield Temperature Sensor (1) - Install NEW

  23. Connect the electrical connector.

    NOTE:

    Slide the inside rearview mirror onto the mirror mount.

    Inside Rearview Mirror (2) - Install

  25. Inside Rearview Mirror Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  26. Connect all electrical connectors, if equipped.

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover (1) - Install

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover Insert (1) - Install

  29. Apply pressure upward on the windshield multifunction sensor mount bracket cover insert (1) to engage the retaining tabs.
  30. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  31. {If equipped} Perform the front view camera windshield learn.
