Driver's Dashboard Lower Cover Removal/Installation

KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014*
*Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program, 888-424-6857
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard or the related parts.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
- Remove the instrument panel (see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the fuse lid panel (see FUSE LID PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Pull out along edge of the driver's dashboard lower cover (A) to detach the clips, then remove the cover.

Switch trim replacement
- Remove the switch trim (A) from the driver's dashboard lower cover (B).
- Detach the hooks (C), then remove the switch lid (D).
- Remove the screws and detach the hooks (E), then remove the trim.
- Install the lower cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
